June 10-11, 2022 and October 14-15, 2022
Ramada Inn & Conference Center
1450 S. Atherton Street
State College, PA 16801

The PASC Board of Directors will again meet on Friday evening (June 10th & October 14th) at 7:00 PM.  Only the elected Officers and Directors are required to attend, but all members are invited. Friday night hotel reservations for the Officers & Directors will be paid by PASC.

The VVA General Membership Meetings will be on Saturday (June 11th & October 15th) from 10:00 am will adjourn no later than 6:00 PM.  A free box lunch will be provided at noon.

The AVVA State Conferences will be simultaneously held on Saturday, from 1:00 - 3:00 PM.

As we did in 2021, the General Membership Meetings were consolidated into a single day.  The officers, directors, and committee “chairs” and will present information and discuss issues for everyone in attendance.  All delegates will to have the opportunity to participate and share their opinions on all subjects and committee reports.  And all delegates will be able to present motions and to vote on issues if that is required.

It is critically important that all chapters send as many of their authorized delegates as possible to our State Conferences.  We should keep updated on current VVA plans and decisions following the 2021 VVA National Convention and also after each National Board of Directors meeting.  Their decisions have a profound effect on our state council, chapters, and all Pennsylvania veterans.  It’s our job to pass this information on to our members.  We will also discuss attendance at the upcoming VVA National Leadership Conference in Greenville, SC. on August 8-12, 2022.  This will be a great way to learn and understand our future options.

Travel and Hotel options and reservations:

Hotel reservations are optional for chapter delegates and other attendees.  Some options are:

  • Drive to State College on Saturday morning, attend the membership meeting from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, then drive back home. (i.e., no hotel overnight or expense)
