PA State Council Conference Meeting
will be held November 3-4, 2023
at the Ramada Inn
The PASC Board of Directors will meet on Friday evening, November 3rd at 7:00 PM. Elected State Officers and District Directors are required to attend, but all VVA members are invited.
The PASC General Membership Meeting is consolidated into a single day on Saturday, from 10:00 am until approximately 4:00 PM. A scrumptious box lunch will be provided free at noon. The officers, directors, and committee chairs will present information and talk about issues that affect all Vietnam veterans and everyone in attendance. Officers and delegates are encouraged to participate in the discussions, share their opinions on all subjects and reports, present motions and/or vote on all motions (if required).
The primary discussion and information will be the subject of dissolution, both for the PA State Council and, most importantly, each chapter. We will keep updated on current plans and decisions made by the VVA National BOD following the National Convention. These decisions have a significant effect on all VVA members, chapters, and state council. It is very important that all chapters send their elected officers and delegates to this PA State Conference.
NEW: Hotel Reservations for Friday night (Nov 3rd)
PA State Council will reimburse all Chapter Presidents or, if the chapter president is unable to attend, a chapter elected officer (i.e., vice-president, secretary, treasurer), for the cost of their hotel reservation for Friday night.
PA State Council will continue to make/confirm hotel reservations for PASC Officers & District Directors (i.e., BOD) and charge the cost to PA State Council.
Chapter delegates, and any other attendees, are responsible to make their own hotel reservations (if needed).
